If you want to use your medical insurance, you may want to come in during business hours as many insurance verification systems close by 5pm or call us so we can verify the insurance before you come.

BCBS PPO is an insurance plan we take for eye exams. We can usually verify your benefits online if it is Blue Cross Blue Shield of GA. If you have Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO from another state, we may need to call to verify your benefits. If we need to call, these BCBS offices usually close by 5pm, and we may not be able to take you in if you come after 5pm. Depending on your Blue Cross Blue Shield plan, it may pay for the contact lens fitting, routine eye exam, medical eye exam, and there maybe an allotment or discount to pay for your contact lenses and glasses. To verify your BCBS PPO benefits before your appointment, call us and give us your identification number, patient's date of birth, and provider or customer service number. When you arrive at the office, you will need to supply identification to use your BCBS PPO benefits.
