If you want to use your medical insurance, you may want to come in during business hours as many insurance verification systems close by 5pm or call us so we can verify the insurance before you come.

Eyemed is an insurance plan we take for eye exams starting 12/1/2008. We are an independent office of Optometry and take many insurance plans. Eyemed may not give you a card for your records. If so, please bring your Eyemed card so we can verify your benefits. Depending on your Eyemed Vision plan, it may pay for the contact lens fitting, routine eye exam. We will gladly take your Eye Med insurance plan for exams. In many cases, our optometrist see you for an eye exam the same day. Eye med offers us an 24 hour online verification system so we can tell you very quickly what Eyemed covers. To verify your Eyemed benefits before your appointment, call us and give us the primary card holder's member number and the patient's date of birth. When you arrive at the office, you will need to supply identification to use your Eyemed benefits.
