Nursing Home / Assisted Living Community / Rehabilitation Center

We have doctors on staff ready to help your nursing home residents with routine and follow up eye care. Optometrists have training in medical issues such as dry eyes, cataracts, diabetes, glaucoma, ARMD, and much more. If needed, we have a referral list of cataract surgeons and other specialized ophthalmologists that have bus services. They will pick up and drop off patients from nursing homes in case our optometrists refer patients for cataract surgery or retinal care.

If your loved ones are in need of glasses, a Wal-Mart optician will come to the nursing home with a supply of frames and return to dispense and fit them.

We bill Medicare and Medicaid or we can work with your nursing home staff on reimbursement. Eyeglasses supplied by Wal-Mart must be paid in full before the order can be dispensed.

We would be happy to take care of all your eyecare needs. Please call the doctor's office to setup an appointment at 404-355-2600 or 404-352-3414 and please mention beforehand that the patient is in a nursing home.
